Starting care is a big step, for little ones and for families. Orientation is our way of making sure everyone feels safe, welcomed, and connected before the first “big day.”

We usually offer up to three one-hour “stay and play” sessions, where you’ll remain at the centre with your child. These sessions are flexible, but often flow like this:

First Visit - Explore Together

You and your child spend time in the room side by side. Meet our educators, discover the learning spaces, and share your child’s routines, likes, and needs.

Second Visit – Settling In

Your child joins play and group activities while you stay close for comfort. Educators begin gently building connections and supporting friendships.

Third Visit – Growing Independence

You and your child spend time in the room side by side. Meet our educators, discover the learning spaces, and share your child’s routines, likes, and needs.

Flexible for Every Family

Every child is different. Some feel ready after one session, others enjoy all three, and that’s perfectly okay. We’ll work together to find the pace that feels just right for your child (and for you).
